Meet Dr. Tracey Samone
Founder and Principal Consultant
Dr. Tracey Samone is a master facilitator skilled at conquering chaos and making momentum. With over 25 years of experience as an educator, movement facilitator, and thought leader, she helps executive and leadership teams in social impact organizations get unstuck and get it done.
Tracey Samone brings a powerful blend of human-centered strategy, healing-informed facilitations, and liberatory learning practices to every room she enters. She creates spaces where people feel seen, grounded, and empowered to lead with care, connection, clarity, cohesion, and courage. Her work is rooted in belonging and transformation, offering not just guidance, but deep alignment and momentum in the midst of uncertainty.

I value the passion Dr. Tracey Samone has for her work. She truly understands the population that she is serving and makes it her mission to do so. When it comes to providing support, she doesn't take a "cookie-cutter" approach. She intentionally finds out everything she can about the organization so that something can be created that can specifically work just for them. She has been to visit our program multiple times, trained staff, and accepted feedback constructively from people who are on the ground every day. I believe that she could be using her talents and gifts to train major organizations and companies. I believe that in the workplace, people are often dehumanized because they are different. There is a low tolerance level for people who may have things to offer a company but struggle in the workplace. I believe that Dr. Tracey Samone is just the person to train others in leadership how to handle and get the most out of those folks.
