I understand that activities at Legacy Estates, including outdoor work, use of tools, and navigating natural terrain, involve risks such as injury, allergic reactions, and exposure to wether or wildlife.

I choose to participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for my safety. 

I release and hold harmless Legacy Estates, it owner and organizers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage related to my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and responsible for my own medical care.
