This is a 90-minute guided experience is for single Black moms who are ready to pause, reflect, and reconnect with them selves before the school year gets into full swing.

During our time together we will:

• Slow down and step away from the demands of everyday life.
• Reflect on the kind of mother you want to be this school year.
• Learn practical tools to help you stay calm, connected, and intentional.
• Leave with renewed clarity and a simple plan you can begin using immediately.

You spend so much time caring for everyone else.  Let this be 90 minutes that are just for you.

I'm Dr. Tracey Samone a Certified Peaceful Parenting Coach, educator, facilitator, and single Black mom.

For more than 25 years I've helped people navigate change, build stronger relationships, and lead with greater intention.  My own journey raising two neurodivergent sons transformed not only how I parent, but how I understood myself.

I created Raising Them Without Losing You because I believe mothers deserve spaces where they can reconnect with themselves while building healthier relationships with their children.
